We had an excellent time here. We spent 2 nights in queen room. The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting New York City.

Perfect reception, pleasant staff, hotel located near the metro at the top 5min walk, breakfast included, comfortable bedding, spacious shower, towels changed daily
Some noise at night coming from outside due to cars passing by (not well enough soundproofed.) but it is totally bearable, no deafening noises. Breakfast time (6:30-9:30) a little too early for the end time if you want to sleep a little longer.

The air conditioning is really set too much, well it's an American specialty but this is really too much.

The neighborhood is ugly... but we feel safe in the hotel.

Parking in the nearby street, no room at the hotel when making a reservation and no follow-up for priority to people already in the hotel.
